At Jansamvedna Foundation, we aim to respond to communities affected by disasters with timely humanitarian support and help them take the first steps towards recovery and rebuilding.
WHY DISASTER RESPONSE MATTERS
A disaster does not end when the immediate danger passes. Families may lose their homes, belongings, income sources, important documents and access to essential services.
Children may be unable to continue their education, families may struggle to access healthcare, and people who depend on daily wages or small businesses may suddenly lose their source of income.
That is why disaster response should go beyond immediate relief. People need support not only to survive a crisis, but also to rebuild their lives with dignity.
