  • Once a donation has been successfully made through the online payment gateway, requests for cancellation or refund will generally not be entertained.
  • No cash refund will be provided for donations made through online payment facilities.
  • In case of any in-kind support received from a donor, the material may be utilized for the benefit of the communities and beneficiaries supported by Jansamvedna Foundation.
  • Once a donation has been received for a social cause or programme, it will be utilized towards the charitable objectives and activities of Jansamvedna Foundation, including education, healthcare, nutrition, livelihood, women and child empowerment, disaster relief and community development.
  • In exceptional circumstances, where a transaction has been duplicated or an amount has been debited incorrectly due to a technical or payment-processing issue, the donor may contact Jansamvedna Foundation at info@jansamvednafoundation.org with relevant transaction details for review.
