Shiv Dutt Bhatt
Shiv Dutt Bhatt is a businessman, community leader and founding member of Jansamvedna Foundation, bringing over eight years of professional experience and a strong commitment to social welfare and community development. Associated with the Foundation since its formative stage, he has contributed to strengthening its institutional foundation and long-term growth. His professional background brings practical experience in business, financial management, administration and organisational development. He is actively engaged in causes related to animal welfare, women’s empowerment and child welfare. With a practical and collaborative approach, he supports the Foundation’s growth, partnerships and community-focused initiatives, working towards meaningful and lasting social change.
Shivam Pal
Shivam Pal has been actively involved in social and community initiatives since 2017. With an academic background in Mathematics, Economics, and Hindi Literature, he brings a diverse perspective to education, youth engagement, and community development. His experience in student leadership and public engagement has shaped his understanding of leadership, collective action, and grassroots participation. As a key mentor and founding member of Janssamvedna Foundation, he contributes to organisational development, programme planning, strategic initiatives, and external engagement. He works closely with the team to strengthen the Foundation’s initiatives and create meaningful opportunities for individuals and communities.
Shivam Pal
Mentor

As a Mentor and founding member of Janssamvedna Foundation, Shivam Pal provides guidance on organizational development, programme planning, strategic initiatives, and external engagement. He works closely with the leadership and management team to strengthen the Foundation’s initiatives and support its long-term development and impact.

Mr. Shiv Dutt Bhatt
Executive Director
Shiv Dutt Bhatt provides overall leadership and strategic direction to the organization. He is responsible for shaping the NGO’s vision, establishing long-term priorities, and guiding the management team toward shared objectives. He oversees major organizational initiatives, supports institutional development, and works to establish meaningful relationships with communities, institutions, and partner organizations. His role also includes ensuring that the organization’s activities remain aligned with its mission, values, and commitment to social welfare.
Mr.Abhishek Pal
Director of Operations
Abhishek Pal oversees the organization’s operational and field activities and plays an important role in ensuring the effective implementation of its initiatives. He is responsible for operational planning, field execution, logistics, resource management, and maintaining efficient internal processes. He works closely with different members of the team to ensure that activities are properly organized and delivered on time. His responsibilities also include identifying operational challenges and supporting practical solutions that improve the effectiveness of the organization’s work.

As Director of Community Relations, she works to build meaningful relationships with communities, volunteers, institutions, and partner organizations. The role focuses on strengthening community participation, outreach, and long-term collaboration
Mr. Ankit
Finance Manager
Ankit oversees the organization’s financial administration and supports responsible and transparent financial management. His responsibilities include preparing and monitoring budgets, maintaining financial records, tracking expenditures, and supporting regular financial reporting. He works to ensure that organizational funds and resources are managed carefully and in accordance with established procedures. His role is essential in maintaining financial accountability and supporting sound planning for the NGO’s programs and future activities.
Mr. Omprakash Mehto
Fundraising & Partnerships Manager
Omprakash leads the organization’s fundraising and partnership development efforts. He works to identify potential sources of support and develops relationships with donors, institutions, organizations, and other stakeholders. His responsibilities include supporting fundraising initiatives, developing partnership opportunities, and maintaining positive relationships with existing supporters. Through this role, he contributes to strengthening the organization’s financial and institutional capacity and creating sustainable opportunities for the expansion of its social programs.
Mr. Sandeep Bhatt
Communications & Media Head
Sandeep Bhatt oversees the organization’s communications, media, and public outreach activities. He is responsible for communicating the NGO’s mission, programs, achievements, and community impact through digital and public platforms. His work includes managing social media communication, supporting media relations, documenting organizational activities, and preparing public-facing content. He also contributes to maintaining a professional and consistent identity for the organization while ensuring that its work and achievements are communicated clearly to supporters and the wider community.

Human Resources Manager
Rita supports the organization’s human resources and volunteer management systems. The role includes assisting with recruitment, staff support, volunteer engagement, team development, and the implementation of internal workplace practices. RITA works to encourage a professional, respectful, and collaborative environment where team members and volunteers can contribute effectively. The position also supports staff development and helps strengthen the organization’s human resources capacity as its programs and activities grow.
