At Jansamvedna Foundation, our work is driven by individuals who bring different experiences, skills and perspectives to a shared purpose. From field teams and community workers to programme coordinators, professionals, volunteers and supporters, every person contributes to building stronger and more inclusive communities.

We believe that social impact is not created by one person or one department. It is created when people work together with purpose, empathy and responsibility.

RAHUL SHARMA

I work closely with our field teams and community partners to understand local needs and turn ideas into practical programmes. Every community has different challenges, and working directly with people has taught me the importance of listening before creating solutions. Being able to see small changes grow into meaningful outcomes is what keeps me motivated.

PRIYA VERMA

My work involves connecting with communities, volunteers and local groups and helping them participate in our initiatives. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and understanding their experiences. For me, social work is about building trust, encouraging participation and making sure that people's voices remain an important part of our work.

AMIT KUMAR

I support the planning, coordination and day-to-day implementation of our programmes. Working in the social sector has shown me that strong systems are just as important as good intentions. I enjoy bringing teams together, solving challenges and helping our programmes operate in an organised and responsible way.

NEHA SINGH

I help share the stories, initiatives and work of Jansamvedna Foundation with supporters and the wider community. Every story has the potential to create awareness and inspire someone to participate. My goal is to communicate our work honestly and meaningfully while highlighting the people and communities at the heart of our mission.
